Vitality
生命力
Basic life energy, sleep, recovery, breathing, nutrition, hydration and daily vitality.
Definition
What Vitality means
Vitality describes the baseline energy a person has available for daily living — how rested, nourished, hydrated and awake they feel across an ordinary week.
Why it matters
Every other domain draws on vitality. When baseline energy is low, movement, regulation, connection and decision-making all become harder, and small daily demands start to feel disproportionate.
What it includes
- Sleep length, timing and continuity
- Daily energy curve and afternoon dips
- Breathing quality at rest
- Nutrition rhythm and hydration
- Recovery after effort or a demanding day
How individuals observe it
- · Notice how you feel in the first hour after waking, for seven days.
- · Track when your energy is highest and lowest, without judging it.
- · Observe whether rest actually restores you or simply pauses activity.
How practitioners use it
- · Map baseline energy before suggesting any practice load.
- · Adjust session intensity and frequency to available vitality.
- · Use vitality as an early signal that a plan is too demanding.
